We have a philosophy of being data-driven, and Dataflow Manager allows us to stay true to that vision,” said Marc Viscogliosi, CEO of Paradigm Spine. Synairgen picked Exco InTouch’s electronic patient reported outcomes (ePRO) solution. The Exco short message system (SMS) technology allows patients to complete diary questionnaires at pre-specified times via a series of messages that enable Synairgen’s patients to easily record and transmit asthma-related data. “Symptom diary cards are notoriously unreliable; we are attracted to this simple method for collecting asthma symptom scores on a daily basis,” said Richard Marsden of Synairgen.
