Symfo, a provider of electronic patient reported outcome (ePRO) solutions for clinical trials, announced that its SymPhone eDiary is now equipped for wireless or landline data transfers. The SymPhone now offers sponsors the flexible solution of letting patients send data either through wireless (GSM) or landline (IDR) technology, whichever is the most convenient. “By adding the dual interface for data transmissions, we can give our customers absolute peace of mind with regards to how patients send their data,” said Serge Bodart, Symfo’s CEO. “This new feature combines the best of both worlds: allowing patients without access to landlines to go wireless, and allowing patients without GSM coverage to utilize a landline to send their information.” Symfo will be showcasing the SymPhone diary at the DIA 43rd Annual Meeting in Atlanta at Booth no. 1708.
